By submitting a business listing to Van Converters UK, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, lawful and relevant to the business being listed.
These terms apply to both free and paid listings.
Business information must be accurate
You must only submit information that accurately represents your business.
This includes your business name, location, services, contact details, website, opening hours and any other information shown on your listing.
You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date if any of these details change.
You must have permission to use submitted content
You must own, or have permission to use, any text, photographs, logos or other content submitted as part of your listing.
Do not upload images copied from another converter, manufacturer or website unless you have the right to use them.
One genuine business per listing
Each listing should represent one genuine business.
Duplicate listings for the same business, misleading business names or listings created purely to gain additional exposure may be rejected or removed.
Choose the correct category and location
Please select the categories, services and location that genuinely apply to your business.
Accurate information helps customers find suitable converters and keeps the directory useful.
No spam or keyword stuffing
Listings must not contain excessive repetition of keywords, locations, service names or promotional phrases designed purely to influence search results.
Descriptions should be written naturally for customers.
No misleading or defamatory content
You must not submit false, misleading or unlawful claims.
Listings must not contain defamatory comments about competitors or other businesses.
Moderation
All new listings and significant changes may be reviewed before or after publication.
Van Converters UK may edit listings for spelling, formatting, clarity, consistency or compliance with our directory standards.
We may reject, unpublish or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, unlawful or unsuitable for the directory.
Featured listings
Featured placement is promotional only.
A Featured listing may receive greater visibility within the directory, but Van Converters UK does not guarantee enquiries, leads, sales or any particular level of traffic.
Payments, expiry and renewal
Where a paid listing or Featured plan is used, the listing may be affected if a subscription expires, is cancelled or a payment fails.
Where applicable, the listing may be hidden, downgraded or returned to the appropriate free level until payment or renewal is completed.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for ensuring that your business complies with any laws, regulations, licences or insurance requirements that apply to the services you provide.
Van Converters UK provides a directory service and does not endorse or guarantee the work of individual businesses listed on the site.
Listing Guidelines
All submitted listings must also comply with our Listing Guidelines.
